1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the xbage platform — including but not limited to the casino lobby, sports betting section, deposit and withdrawal functions, and any promotional offers — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the xbage platform.

xbage reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this document indicates when these terms were last updated. 2Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an xbage account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xbage strictly prohibits access to any person under the age of 21. Age verification is mandatory as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party, company, or organization is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must hold only one active xbage account at any time. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited regardless of whether different contact details are used.

3Account Registration and Verification

To create an xbage account, you are required to provide your Bangladeshi mobile number, choose a secure password, and complete the SMS verification step. Registration is open to eligible individuals across all divisions of Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar, subject to eligibility requirements.

xbage may at any time request additional identity documentation as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed. xbage reserves the right to close accounts where KYC requirements cannot be satisfied.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Rules

xbage supports a range of payment methods for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your xbage wallet immediately upon successful processing. xbage does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own fees.

• Withdrawal requests are processed within a target timeframe of 15 minutes for most methods, though processing times may vary depending on network conditions and the player's payment provider. xbage reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of significant amounts.
• Players may only withdraw to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit to their account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and unauthorized fund transfers.
• xbage reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or resolution of an open bonus rollover requirement.
• All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). xbage is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by a player's bank or payment provider when funds are received in a different currency.

5Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

xbage offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including a welcome bonus on first deposit. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be stated clearly in the promotional materials or bonus notification at the time the offer is presented. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is applied to the combined deposit and bonus amount. Free spins winnings are subject to a standard rollover before withdrawal.

Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash except through the normal wagering and withdrawal process. xbage reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting systems, or any other activity that xbage considers to constitute an unfair advantage. xbage's decision in all bonus-related disputes is final.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus terms communicated to you at the time of an offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and xbage with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

No failure or delay by xbage in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms & Conditions shall be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any breach shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

15Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translation of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail and take precedence in all respects.

xbage operates this platform in English as the primary language to serve the international and English-speaking audience in Bangladesh. All official communications, bonus offers, dispute notifications, and account alerts will be issued in English. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand communications from xbage before acting on them.
